I started getting into perfumes a few years ago but was struck by the lack of transparency about what goes into creating each fragrance. Enter @phlur who looks to disrupt the fragrance and perfume industry.
.
.
Not only do they provide complete transparency about the products that go into each scent, but they also take a sustainable, eco-friendly, cruelty free, and thoughtful approach to creating fragrances. Additionally I love that their marketing and branding is gender neutral and that they feel high end without being ostentatious.
.
.
They currently have six fragrances and because they are not available in store you can order a sample set of three for $15. You will then receive a $15 credit that you can use towards the purchase of a full bottle (each bottle contains 50mL/1.7 oz).
.
.
I ordered samples of Olmsted & Vaux (very light and crisp), Greylocke (earthy with notes of pine), and Hepcat (very spicy and reminiscent of a strong prohibition drink at a speakeasy). I love them all and don’t know which to choose.
